Join the Tumbler Ridge UNESCO Global Geopark on Friday, July 18, for their second Forest to Fork workshop of the year and spend the afternoon exploring the outdoors while learning how to safely identify, harvest, and prepare wild plants found in our local forests.

Led by an experienced guide, this hands-on workshop combines hiking, foraging, and cooking into a unique experience that's perfect for nature enthusiasts, food lovers, and anyone interested in learning more about the natural world around them.

Participants will enjoy:

  • A guided foraging hike

  • Tips on safely identifying edible wild plants

  • Hands-on learning and plant preparation

  • Delicious snacks made from the plants collected during the workshop

  • A take-home creation to enjoy later

  • A complimentary foraging bag
